ein ganzheitlicher Ansatz für nachhaltige

Veränderungen im demographischen Wandel

D — Das AAL-Netzwerk Saar hat sich im Mai 2014 gegründet und zielt darauf ab,
eine grundständige, nachhaltige AAL-Infrastruktur im Saarland aufzubauen, um allen Menschen ein
langes selbstbestimmtes Leben in allen Lebensbereichen zu ermöglichen. Gleichzeitig sollen damit
für die Sozial- und Gesundheitssysteme neue Möglichkeiten im demographischen Wandel erarbeitet
werden. Unter dem Begriff „Ambient Assisted Living“ (AAL) versteht man ein Zusammenwirken von
modernen technischen Systemen der Informations-, Kommunikations- und Gebäudesystemtechnik
sowie von Angeboten aus den Bereichen der Sozial- und Gesundheitsberufe als auch des Handwerks
und haushaltsnaher Dienstleister. Das AAL-Netzwerk Saar unternimmt den Versuch, mittels eines
ganzheitlichen Ansatzes, „AAL“ in der Gesellschaft zu etablieren. Grundprinzipien des Ansatzes sind
eine klare Anwender- und Benutzerorientierung, die wesentliche Nutzung vorhandener Produkte und
die Einbindung aller Teile der Gesellschaft. Dabei kann das Saarland als eine kleine, quasi abge-
schlossene Region zur Untersuchung verallgemeinerbarer Modellprojekte dienen.

F — Le réseau AAL-Netzwerk Saar s‘est constitué en mai 2014 et vise à établir dans
le Land de la Sarre une infrastructure de base durable permettant à tous les gens de vivre longtemps
sans dépendre de personne dans aucun domaine. Simultanément doivent être élaborées de nouvel-
les possibilités, face à la transition démographique, à l‘intention des systèmes sociaux et de santé.
On entend, par la notion de « Ambient Assisted Living » (AAL), l‘interaction de systèmes modernes
relevant des techniques informatiques, de la communication et de la domotique, ainsi que d‘offres
provenant des domaines des professions sociales et sanitaires ainsi que de l‘artisanat et des presta-
taires de services proches des foyers. Le réseau AAL-Netzwerk Saar tente d‘établir l‘« AAL » dans la
société en recourant à une démarche holistique. Les principes fondamentaux de cette démarche
sont une orientation claire vers les applicateurs et utilisateurs, l‘usage essentiellement de produits
existants ainsi que l‘intégration de tous les pans de la société. Ce faisant, la Sarre qui est une petite
région quasiment achevée peut servir à analyser des projets modèles généralisables.

E — The AAL-Netzwerk Saar network was founded in May 2014 with the objective of
developing a basic, sustainable AAL infrastructure in Saarland, allowing everybody to live a long, au-
tonomous life in all areas. At the same time, new opportunities for social care and health systems in
a time of demographic change will be developed. Under the banner of „Ambient Assisted Living“ (AAL)
we mean the interaction of modern technical systems in information, communications and modern
building services engineering, as well offers from the social care and health professions, and the
trades and household service providers. The AAL-Netzwerk Saar network attempts to establish „AAL“
in society, with the aid of a holistic approach. The basic principles of the approach are clear practitioner
and user orientation, the use of predominantly existing products and the involvement of all levels of
society. In this, Saarland can serve as a small, practically closed region for investigating generalizable
model projects.
